Shipping

How much is shipping?

FREE SHIPPING worldwide for orders over $100

Australia – $10.00AUD Express shipping for orders under $100.

Rest of the world – $25.00AUD Standard shipping for orders under $100.

Deliveries are executed by Australian Post Office

Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance. We are unable to be held responsible for these.

Will I get a tracking number?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number for you to keep track of the whereabouts of your package.

If you do not receive one, please email contact@exotikaswimwear.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

When will my order arrive?

Australian Orders
Once orders are dispatched they are usually delivered within 1-3 working days.

Please allow for 1-3 working days to pick and pack your order.

*All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours

International Orders
Once orders are dispatched they are usually delivered within 5-21 working days.

Please allow for 1-3 working days to pick and pack your order.

*There might be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe.

Will I have to pay any additional duties and taxes?

Exotika Swimwear is not responsible for any duty ,import charges or taxes fees for international orders.

If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Payment Information

What payment methods are accepted?

When placing an order, you are able to select from the following methods of payment; Stripe – using any credit card details or Paypal – signing in with an existing account or you can also pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Alternatively you can use also make the purchase via Afterpay; which is an interest free payment plan option for Australian order only.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option that we offer on all of our Australian orders only. You can spend up to $1,000. The funds for the first payment will need to be available on your card at the time of purchase

If you wish to return your items you can simply return through the normal process and you will be refunded through Afterpay

Please note: if you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a $10 late payment fee by Afterpay with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment is still unpaid. Please see Afterpay terms and conditions here.

Orders and Returns

Exotika Swimwear is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange or to be refunded for your item(s), you can contact us at contact@exotikaswimwear.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

What is the return policy?

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.

Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

All sale, discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged/refunded.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

*We reserve the right to refuse any returned product(s) in an unsatisfactory condition. 

Are returns free?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Exotika Swimwear for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.

How can I organise a return?

Simply email contact@exotikaswimwear.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need.

We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges.

What do I do if I received a faulty/incorrect item?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods please contact us immediately at contact@exotikaswimwear.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

How long does it take for my exchange/refund to be processed?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24-48 hours to be able to process your return.

If you’re exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number

If you’re refunding, we will refund you through the same original method of payment., and email you once complete.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatch.  Once your item has been shipped it becomes your responsibility to hustle Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit sorry!

What is the item I bought is no longer available?

Exotika Swimwear is limited edition swimwear and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when exchanging. If the size or style you want is not longer available you will be refunded.
